Kindly Note that Digital downloads are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable due to the nature of the product. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Graphic Design Services
At Lotus Skull, we require a 25% advance fee to begin any custom graphic design project. This advance is non-refundable, as it covers the time and effort spent on initial consultations, research, and concept development. If you’re not satisfied with the final design, the remaining 75% of the payment is refundable, provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery and the final files have not been approved or used.
