3. Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for our digital design templates. However, if you encounter any issues with the templates, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

4. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of our digital design templates. You assume all responsibility for the selection and use of the templates.

5. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in and to the digital design templates, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and trade secret rights, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on the templates without our prior written consent.
